merger of b+b Automations- und Steuerungstechnik and BBK Etikettier- und Sondermaschinenbau GmbH
Long-term customers for control systems includes BBK Etikettier und Sondermaschinenbau GmbH in Beerfelden.
BBK has been successfully operating in Germany and internationally for more than 30 years and has built up a loyal following of customers who turn to us for reliable, highly engineered and cost effective labelling and automation solutions.
After many years of close cooperation between b+b and BBK who’s developments and synergies set course for further growth and a merger of both companies was agreed.
The new company group is structured as follows:
b+b Automations und Steuerungstechnik GmbH is the holding company To 100% Shareholders of both BBK Etikettier und Sondermaschinebau GmbH & BBK Labelling and Coding Solutions Ltd.
Manufacturing of both companies products has now been merged together under the one roof. BBK is retained as a brand name for labelling and special machinery and is run alongside b+b trace as an additional brand name for serialization projects.
The business relations remain unchanged for all customers. Existing contracts and agreements with BBK will be automatically transferred to b+b Automations und Steuerungstechnik GmbH. Existing contacts in administration, sales & service departments remain unchanged and they look forward to the continuing the successful cooperation.
